In individual therapy, your wants and needs guide the work we do. Together, we can explore and process your emotions, your history, your relationships, and/or your circumstances, past and present, as well as looking at any changes you may wish to see in yourself and your life.
A note about therapy with younger children: While talking with pre-adolescent children individually is not out of the question, we would typically do this in the broader context of family therapy, as caregivers are uniquely positioned to provide support to their loved ones.
