In individual therapy, your wants and needs guide the work we do.  Together, we can explore and process your emotions, your history, your relationships, and/or your circumstances, past and present, as well as looking at any changes you may wish to see in yourself and your life.  

A note about therapy with younger children:  While talking with young children individually is not out of the question, we would typically do this in the context of family therapy, as caregivers are .  Consider scheduling a free consultation to inquire further about this.
